Colorful beet hummus made with red beetroot & classic hummus
For those who want to add a little bit of twist on their favorite classic style hummus, here’s a recipe that is simple to prepare but colorful in the eye and pleasantly tasty.
Ingredients:
1 piece beetroot
1 pack Barada Classic Hummus
1 pomegrenate
10 grams walnut
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
1. Peel, cut in cubes, boil or grill the beetroot, then crush it using a blender or vegetable crusher.
2. Mix 1 pack of Barada classic style hummus into the beetroot, blend it well.
3. Place the mixture on to the plate and top it with walnut, pomegranate and olive oil.
4. Serve it to your friends and family or even by yourself with pitta or nachos on side.
